Within easy walking distance the village of Elton offers a choice of two pubs, while Warmington, Woodnewton and Nassington also boast local pubs and village shops.

Just a 10 minute walk is Fotheringhay village where you can climb to the top of the mound where once stood Fotheringhay Castle and look onto the idyllic river Nene. Walk to the beautiful Church of St Mary and All Saints which contains the mausoleums of past Dukes of York and Cecily Neville Duchess of York. and then onto The Falcon Inn where you will find a very warm welcome.
